Travel Safety and Enhanced Cleaning Protocol
We remain committed to upholding the best practices and are following the guidelines from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Seychelles Health Authority regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). We have enhanced our cleaning protocols as recommended in cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, as well as back-of-the-house areas and all high-touch areas that affect guests and employees.
We understand the need for increased flexibility with travel planning in the current circumstances and are updating our cancellation policy to provide our customers with the most flexibility we can. All new and existing bookings made directly with The H Resort Seychelles for stays between now and April 30th, 2020; cancellation and modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests can call us directly at +248 4387000 or email at us at firstname.lastname@example.org to modify or cancel their reservation.
For reservations made through a travel agent or 3rd party online booking site (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), we are advising guests to contact their original booking agent or site for details on their COVID-19 policies.
